CRRCSR ran a unique one-year Certificate Course on Management of Rehabilitation & Resettlement and Corporate Social Rsponsibility.

The Course modules covered the following:

• Understanding development and displacement
• Community mobilization and participation
• Planning for resettlement & rehabilitation
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of R&R Projects
• Leadership and Team Building for effective management of R&R Projects
• Corporate Social Responsibility

The first batch of this programme was sponsored by Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Ltd., (THDC), a leading Indian power company.

CRRCSR intends to start short term training and educational courses on R&R and CSR from 2016.
